APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

  • We do our best to be flexible with schedules and understanding of changes ~ life happens and schedules change or unexpected things come up.  We respectfully ask for 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.  This allows us enough time to offer that spot to another client waiting to be seen. 
  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego an appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show”.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24-hours’ notice, or no-shows for an appointment, will be charged a $50.00 fee.  Future service will be denied until payment is made.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • It is suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment start time.  We do our best to provide “hands-on” time for the scheduled length of the session.  A late arrival is only guaranteed the remainder of the scheduled session, but will still be charged for the full session.

  • Below is the Client Consent To Treatment / Waiver Form that is found at the end of the Intake Form which must be signed and submitted before receiving service.
